New Visa Applicants

◈ Documents for eVisa-

→  Scan copy of passport, PDF of Hotel booking, PDF of Return air ticket, PDF of valid Supporting Document (Valid visa OR valid residence permit from one of the Schengen Countries, USA, UK or Ireland). E-visas are not accepted as supporting documents.

◈ Documents for Tourist Visa-

→ Passport - Original passport with validity of at least 6 months from return travel date to India. Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages.

→ Photograph - Three recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border), matte finish with 80% face visibility and taken within the last 6 months.Taken against a plain white background. No eye glasses or caps. Women should tie their hair properly. If you want us to file an online application, send digital photographs only. Ask the photographer to email you.

→ Bank Statement - Last 6 months saving account bank statements signed and attested by a bank office. In case the applicant is self-employed then the Company's last 6 months bank statement is also required. All bank statements must be signed by the bank & dated within the last one week of application submission.

→ Income Tax Returns - ITRs along with a computation chart for the last 3 years.
Businessman - Personal ITRs as well as for your company.
Proprietor - Personal 3 Years ITRs.
Employed - Form16 for the last 3 years.

→ Invitation by Family/ Friend - If In case the applicant is invited from Turkey - The valid Passport/ Green Card copy of the Invitee along with their financial documents & Invitation letter mentioning the purpose of inviting.

→ Business Invitation - Official Invitation from a company based out from Turkey mentioning the purpose of inviting and duration of visit.

→ NOC - In case the applicant is employed, you need a NOC from the employer along with an Id card/Business card copy. NOC from School / Institute along with Xerox of ID card (in case of student/minor)

→ Salary Slip (last 3 months) – If Employed.

→ Business Proof - If Self Employed then the applicant needs to provide a GST copy/ other business proofs.

→ 2 Letterheads of Business (only for self employed applicants).

→ Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property Investments, Recurring Deposits, any other Investments etc (Optional but advisable).

→ Consent letter from Parents/Guardian if below 18 years and travelling alone.

→ Minors need a consent letter from both parents in all cases (even though minors are travelling with both parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized.

→ If the applicant has not enough funds or bank account, a financial support letter from the sponsor notarized. (Not applicable for spouses, parents and children)

→ Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar / Affidavit required attested by Notary Public(If spouse name not shown in passport)

→ For Tourists - Return air tickets and hotel bookings for the entire period of stay. (We can book Flights & Hotel for you.)

→ Travel Insurance - Optional - Ask us for best rates.
